Profiles required

Key expert (KE) 2: Legal Expert (for a minimum of 150 work days, at least 80% to be spent in Azerbaijan)

Qualifications and skills:
At least Master’s Degree in law/legal studies;
Fluency in oral and written English (at least level 2 on scale of 1 (excellent) to 5 (basic);
Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Azerbaijani would be an asset

General professional experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience as a lawyer and/or legal consultant.

Specific professional experience:
Experience in supporting SME structures with the legal expertise (at least 150 working days);
Experience with the legal systems and current practices in economy/SME development would be an asset;
Experience in Eastern Europe, CIS countries would be an asset.
