Key expert (KE) 1: Team Leader –Expert in SME Strategy Development (for a minimum of 200 work days, at least 80% to be spent in Azerbaijan)

Qualifications and skills:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree or in its absence professional experience in a relevant field of at least 5 years above the required general professional experience;
Fluency in oral and written English (at least level 2 on a scale of 1 (excellent) to 5 (basic);
Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Azerbaijani would be an asset.

General professional experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of SME or private sector development.

Specific professional experience:
Minimum 660 working days of professional experience working on development and/or improvement of SME development structures from their early stages in the last 7 years from submission deadline;
At least one contract (minimum 220 working days) as a team leader;
Experience in Eastern Europe, CIS countries would be an asset;
Experience in organizing communication activities, events would be an asset.
