The scope of work comprises, among others, market research and the elaboration of a marketing strategy and marketing plan leading to a significant increase of sales in export markets.
  • Egypt: For CONTEX, an Egyptian producer of children and baby clothing using only 100% organic cotton, PC&A designed and implemented a marketing strategy for textile products made of 100% organic cotton with the aim of expanding exports ales to selected markets in the EU and the USA.  As our analysis detected a decrease in eco-consciousness for clothing items in Western Europe compared to the 1990s, we defined a marketing niche strategy for CONYTEX with the objective of mainly selling to retailers and distributors specialised in genuinely ecological products and the fair trade business. Furthermore, we established initial contacts with providers in specific market niches like anti-allergic textiles and European drugstores.
