Bosnia and Herzegovina: Restructuring and preparation for privatisation of p, an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of oil and water pumps for cars, trucks, agricultural machinery, industrial and other engines.
Macedonia: Identification, formulation and promotion of industrial investment projects. Among the companies included in the project:
- a producer of different types of city and tourism busses who wanting to take up production of minibuses;
- a company producing clutches for cars, buses, tractors and trucks as well as gear elements and accessory metal products such as springs, etc. - a company producing spare parts for the automotive industry;
- a company which produces safety glasses mainly for the automotive industry.

Egypt: For an Egyptian manufacturer of pick-up trucks we provided assistance in strategy development and elaboration of a business plan (2000).

France: One of the leading European suppliers of locking-systems for cars asked us to develop a strategic plan for increasing the presence in France.
Germany: At the request of an important German automotive subcontractor, active in locks, metal profiles and formed plastic parts, we assisted the company in the process of internationalisation, identifying appropriate strategies and partners for acquisition.
Japan/USA: On behalf of a leading American manufacturer of electronic components, we analysed key technologies and compared the company's position to its Japanese competitors.
Western Europe: For the components and systems division of the Automotive Division of an important European aluminium group we performed a comprehensive analysis of competitors, of its own position, and of the market development, in order to identify possible co-operative partners.
